How do I collect my keys?
You can collect the keys from one of our key boxes with a daily changing code that will be emailed to you on the day of check-in.
What do you provide in the kitchen?
Each of the kitchens in our apartment is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Do you provide towels and bed linen?
Yes, we provide all towels and bed linen for every guest.
Is there a welcome pack?
Yes, we provide tea, coffee and milk on arrival.
What else do you provide?
Each of our Andover short term let apartments come with the following: –
- Washing up liquid
- Multi-purpose cleaning spray
- Bin bags and J cloths
- Hairdryer
- Clothes rack
- Iron and ironing board
Do you provide an information pack?
Yes, all apartments come with a manual containing: –
- Instruction manuals for all appliances
- Local guide
- Useful contact numbers
- Nearest supermarkets
What TV channels are available?
Our flat screen smart TVs come with the full range of FREEVIEW channels. We have also equipped all apartments with NETFLIX with around 5000 movies, cartoons and TV shows available to stream on demand.
Is Wi-Fi available?
All apartments have an independent wi-fi router and dongle, providing unlimited both wired and wireless connections.
How do I connect to Wi-Fi?
You will be sent Wi-Fi details on the morning of check-in. All details will be in the house manual and on the modem.
How do I check out?
Simplicity itself. Just leave the keys in the key box before 10am.
Are late check-outs available?
Yes – a late check-out can be arranged up to 6pm and subject to availability. Please note that there may be an additional charge for this service.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, but that’s subject to availability. Please give us as much notice as possible if you would like to stay with us a little longer.
How often will the apartment be cleaned?
This depends on how short your stay is. For longer stays, maid service is every 7 days, but this needs to be agreed beforehand. There is a one off cleaning charge per stay. Click here to read about our Covid 19 cleaning policy.
Do you supply washing machine and dishwasher tabs?
Yes, we provide 2 x dishwasher tablets and 2 x washing machine tablets. These are re-stocked whenever the apartments are cleaned.
Is there car parking available? Is it free?
Yes, each of our Andover serviced short let units has its own parking space, and there is no charge.
However, if you are staying in a larger group with more than one vehicle, parking is just a stone’s throw away. Andover’s main central car park is situated right opposite Eastgate House.
Will I need to provide security deposit?
Yes, we take a security deposit of £250 for all of our short-term lets. This is to guard against any damages to the apartment and or its contents. This can either be pre-authorised with a card or paid in cash.
How can I book and pay?
It’s entirely up to you. Choose whichever works for you from the following choices:
- You can book online.
- You can pay by BACS, for which we will email you an invoice.
- You can pay over the phone
Full payment is taken on the day of booking to secure the property; a full refund will be given if cancelled within the cancellation policy.
A receipt will be emailed to you along with your booking confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
It depends on which rate you choose. We have a flexible rate where you can cancel, but that costs a little more – or you can have the no cancellation rate which is cheaper.
Are pets permitted?
Yes, but there may be an additional charge for this.
